Our StoryIn 2023, Chef Jared Wagman and Ryan Silver established RJ’s Roadhouse with the goal of revolutionizing the sector they held in high regard. Best friends Jared and Ryan started off as event cooks at the Enercare Center. From there, they moved up to catering higher-profile events. Jared and Ryan applied their ten years of cooking expertise at the Enercare Center to gain the necessary skills to create a catering style centered on youthful enthusiasm, outstanding service, and great flavor. Chefs Jared and Ryan realized it was time to start something of their own as their awareness for what the industry needed became apparent. With demand for their services growing, Jared and Ryan knew it was time to share RJ’s Roadhouse with the public. |
